Tips for Pressing Flowers

Post  Admin on Sat Jun 20, 2009 3:28 am

* Not all flowers are able to be pressed. Only choose blossoms that are quite flat.

* Bulkier flowers, such as roses, can be pulled apart, dried and put back together. Although a time consuming process, it is worth the effort.

* Only pick flowers to be pressed when they are dry. Moist flowers, when pressed, soil easily.

* Always press more flowers than you actually need, as some are bound to become damaged through handling.
